Action Learning Sets

Action Learning Sets bring together small groups of 5-7 people to work through real, current challenges and goals.

Meeting approximately every four to six weeks over 6-12 months, members create a trusted space for reflection, learning and progess.

Through open, curious questions - not advice - the group helps each person gain fresh perspectives, develop their own solutions and move forward with purposeful action.

How an Action Learning Set Works

Each person brings a real, current challenge or goal.  Through open questions, reflection and dedicated thinking time, the group helps them gain fresh perspectives, discover their own way forward and commit to action. I facilitate the process, ensuring questions remain open and non-leading, creating the space for each person to think for themselves.

1. Present the Challenge

One member shares a real, current challenge or goal with the group, without interruption.

2. Ask Open Questions

The group asks open, curious questions to help the presenter explore different perspectives and discover their own solutions. Leading questions are avoided, allowing the presenter space to think for themselves.

3. Commit to Action

The presenter identifies clear, realistic actions they commit to taking before the next meeting, where they report back on their prgress and learning.
